Send us the photo of the recipe. 10 Lychees (shells and stones removed) 30 grams or 1 ounce of Raspberries 1 Vanilla Pod (seeds scraped out and pod reserved) 1 Mint Sprig (Podina) (to garnish) A handful of Ice (crushed) 2 tbsp. of Greek Yogurt 1 tbsp. Honey (Shehed) Lime Juice (from ½ of a lime) Place the lychees, crushed ice, honey, seeds from the vanilla pod and yoghurt into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the lassi mixture into a tall glass. Place the raspberries and lime juice into a small bowl, crush the contents with a fork, then spoon on top of the lassi. Mix lightly. Garnish with the empty vanilla pod and a sprig of mint and serve.
