1/3 cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
¼ cup Water
½ tsp. Salt
A dash of Black Peppers (Kaali Mirch)
2 tbsp. Butter (Makhan)
1 tbsp. Chives (chopped)
- Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs,
, salt, black pepper and chives.
- In medium size skillet melt the butter; when it gets hot, add the egg mixture and cook over low heat until it set.
