  • 3 Eggs
  • cup Spinach (Palak) (chopped, washed and drained)
  • 1/3 cup of Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. of Bacon Bits (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • A pinch of Garlic Powder (Lehsan Powder)
  • A pinch of Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground)

  1. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and combine.
  2. Pour mixture into a well-greased pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes (or until the eggs are well cooked).
  3. Fold in half and serve.

Suggestion Sides: Sliced Tomatoes, Avocado, Bread , Bagel , or English Muffin.
