This series is about an outlaw known as the Human Typhoon who caused destruction wherever he goes (not usually his fault) but always emerges without a scratch.  A pair of workers for the insurance company are sent to keep an eye on him and keep him from destroying any more cities.

Comments:  This series is hilarious, it's even funnier the second time around. *hint: watch for the cat*  The series gets serious near the end but it's still really good.  Definitely a must see.
