Survived by parents, Herminio & Rosa Salinas, sister Merecedes, all of Tracy; and grandmothers Guadalupe Salinas & Blanca Magockyj.

Sam, I never did know you personally, but I have known of you since I was in second grade. You were always the quiet type, who seemed to concentrate on the task at hand. I wish I could say more about you, but either way, you are greatly missed!
