The term refers to the Negativities that Lucifer has unleashed across the face of the Earth and among all of Mankind, including wars, pestilence, famine, conflict, divisiveness, competition, adversarial relationships, dysfunctional relationships, animosities, anger, and on and on! Those Negativities have all been caused by Lucifer's 'influences' upon the human Mind, via his 'Fingers-of-Negativity', which are incursioned into the 'vortices' between the two halves of the human Mind! Those 'Fingers-of-Negativity' also cause the current situation within all of humanity, 'Immaturity of the human Mind'!

Immaturity of the Human Mind can only be reversed when all of Mankind has 'stood-up' and taken 100% Responsibility for OneSelf, One's Actions, One's Words and One's Deeds, which is not the situation now, where Third-Party 'Agents of Responsibility' (including politicians and the Dollar Bill!) are 'Responsible' for our Lives and not us! When all of Mankind has 'driven out' the last vestiges of Lucifer's Negativities! Then our Birthright, of genetic Maturity of Mind, will be restored!
