The term refers to the incorporeal BEC condensate ground-state, or state thereof any and all dynamics occurring therein, as being without any temerature. In effect, it means 'of no temperature' or 'having no temperature'. Temperature is a condition or component of 'differentiated relativity', but is NOT a condition of 'undifferentiated relativity'. Temperature only exists relative to corporeality and the physical, material world of any 'dimension'. Temperature does not exist in the Spirit or incorporeal quantum realms and ground-states.
