The term refers to those of humanity (and of Satan, at his instigation) which have been created, as arbiters and "experts" on any and everything, in emphasis of Satan's programming of humanity to seek knowledge and direction from OUTSIDE of oneself, through teachers, lawyers, politicos, judges and any and every form of "authority", by which we are generally "told what to do", so that we "follow" such societal authority, in the "living" of our lives, rather than seeking any and all KNOWING which we may need from within ourselves, through the use of our innate maturity of mind, in accessing such KNOWING in those realms of consciousness that lie beyond our corporeality.
