In the late 1700's, when Sicily was a small village on the Russian/Poland border, Dr. Katcher's great great great grandfather, a plump Polish peasant prone to A Literation, discovered the anchovy. He called it A Leech. This is how the Sicilian pizza with anchovy topping began. The rest is history. Enjoy.
