Summary
Amid the office depression about Stocki's imminent departure for Salzburg, Moser and Rex are called into investigate the murder of a female judge. When a female doctor is murdered the same way, it seems there is a madman on the loose.

The good
Oh-my-god! Stocki's going! This is one of the few episodes where the actor, Karl Markovics, actually smiles. Each of the characters gets to say their own personal farewells with ham rolls, cards and Stocki's refusal to leave until the criminal is caught. Stocki also gets a chance to feel a little righteous.

The bad
The actual murder plot was very predictable and most of the finale was in slow-motion. The slowness detracted from the excitement rather than adding to it.

Disclaimer : Kommissar Rex is owned by Mungo film, Tauris film, SAT.1 and ORF and was created by Peter Hajek and Peter Moser. None of the characters, actors or photographs belong to me, unfortunately. I'm just borrowing them, having a bit of fun and then returning them more or less unharmed.
