Chapter 3

By the end of the shoot, Brian finally got the time to talk to her. “Hey Kay Kay.”

“What’s up?”

“How come I never saw you in the mirror again? And Kevin saw you everytime he was at my house?”

“I don’t know. After that stupid argument, you never answered me when I called you name.”

“What argument?”

“The one where you insisted that I make new friends, and in the process of doing so, you insulted my eyes, which are now the focus point of this video.”

“I forgot about that.”

“Which is probably why you never saw me again.”

“Then why could Kevin see you?”

“Maybe because he still remembered me, even though we hadn’t really talked, I guess.”

“It’s all my fault that it ended, huh?”

“Basically, yeah.”

“Gee thanks, for making me feel better,” he joked.

“No problem.”

“So do you want to start over?”

“What do you think?”

“I ask you a question and you answer with another.”

“I guess so, but don’t expect me to completely warm up to you fast.”

“If that’s the best offer, you can give me. I’ll take it. I just hope that I won’t mess it up this time.”

“Okay.”

“Do you still have your mirror?”

“Yeah. I brought it along when I moved to LA. Do you still have yours with you?”

“It’s in my parent’s house, but I’ll ask them to send it over.”

“So we’ll keep in touch.”

“Oh yeah.”

They talk to each other almost every other day, once Brian got the mirror. The guys never really talked or saw her in the mirror because they were entitled to their privacy. Even though, it killed AJ not be able to see her.
