"Hello?" Julia answered the phone sleepily.
"Hey, it's Nick. Did I wake you up?"
"Yeah, but I needed to get up anyway. What are you up to?" she asked stretching.
"Packing." he said.
"Want me to come over and help? I have yet to meet a guy who knows how to pack." she giggled.
"You so nice." Nick said sarcastically, "You can come over if you want."
"Alright, I'll see you in a few. Bye." Julia said hanging up the phone.
After she got dressed, Julia looked in Brooke's address book to get his address, grabbed a taxi and headed over to Nick's. She got to Nick's about 5 minutes later. Julia paid the taxi and walked through the front gates. She walked up the stone pathway and rang the doorbell. When the door opened, she was met by an excited little pug. Julia knelt down to pat the dog.
"Hey little puppy." she said in a cute voice.
"I guess someone likes you." Nick said standing at the doorway.
Julia stood up, "Hey."
"Come in." he said opening the door wider for her.
Julia followed Nick up a large staircase and down a hall, to his room.
"So your going to where and for what for 7 days?" Julia asked.
"California for Backstreet stuff."
"Wow your helpful." she said sarcastically.
"Well for shirts, you are gonna need some casual some formal. Where do you keep regular shirts?"
Nick pointed to a bureau, "Second drawer."
Julia went over and opened the drawer and to her surprise, there was more than shirts in there. Julia took a pair of dark green boxer briefs out of the drawer.
"Very nice Mr. Carter." Julia said shaking them back and forth.
Nick blushed a little and grabbed them away from her.
"Let's get something to eat instead." Nick said starting to walk out of the room.
"What? You don't want to show me more of your famous undie collection?" Julia laughed.
Nick sighed and grabbed her hand, "Come on."
