"I don't kiss on first dates." she said with a cute smile.
Gabriella rolled her eyes as Kevin laughed, and soon the game ended.
Nick kept asking himself, If Kevin did kiss Julia why should he care? He only liked her as a friend.
They put a movie in and made some popcorn. About 20 minutes into the movie, Julia looked around her. Kevin and Howie were falling asleep, Brook and Brian were quietly talking and Gabriella and AJ were in the middle of a kiss. She looked over at Nick and he was the only one actually watching the movie. She moved closer to him.
"You seem a little too into this movie."
Nick looked away from the TV to Julia.
"I'm just bored." he replied.
Julia thought a minute.
"Come with me." she said pulling him into the kitchen.
She opened the cupboard and began pulling out sugar, flour, vanilla and other ingredients.
"What are you doing?" Nick laughed.
"We are making cookies." she smiled.
"What? Why?!" Nick said intrigued by Julia's spontaneousness.
"Well, you were the one complaining about being bored. Now go get 4 eggs from the fridge." she instructed.
Nick laughed and went to get the eggs. They were mixing ingredients when Julia got a mischievous grin on her face.
"Give me your hands." she said.
Nick put out his hands in front of him and Julia put a handful of flour in them.
"What do I do with this?" Nick asked.
"Nothing." Julia said quickly before blowing into the flour in Nick's hands.
The flour covered Nick's face and Julia burst into giggles.
"Your gonna pay for that!" Nick said before throwing a handful of flour back at her.
Julia grabbed a clump of the gooey cookie dough and smudged it in Nick's hair.
Before either knew it, it was a full fledged food fight. Sugar, flour, eggs and cookie dough was flying everywhere.
"What are you doing?" Gabby yelled, standing in front of the mess with her hands on her hips.
"I think we spilled some ingredients." Julia said innocently, but Nick started laughing.
Brooke, Brian, AJ, Gabby, Kevin and Howie were now all looking at Nick and Julia standing in the middle of the mess.
"You better clean it all up." Gabby said before turning away.
When the rest of the friends went back into the living room, Julia and Nick started laughing again. They began cleaning the kitchen, they finished 2 hours later, at 2 am after everyone had already left. Julia walked Nick over to the door and he opened it.
"I had a lot of fun tonight" she smiled.
"Yeah, me too. Call me tomorrow, okay?" Nick said.
"Okay."
"Oh yeah, Julia? One more thing..." Nick said before he left.
"Yeah?" she responded.
"You have an eggshell in your hair."
Julia laughed and waved good-bye to Nick as she shut the door.
