''Hello?'' she answered the phone.
''Hi, it's Nick. Do you wanna come over my house?''
Hayley smiled to herself, ''I would love to.''
Nick could practically feel her warm smile through the phone.
''Alright, come over whenever you want, okay?'' he commented.
''Alright I will be right over'' she said and she hung up the phone.
It was weird, even though they were dating he was still shy about asking her over. She laughed to herself, grabbed her jacket and decided to walk to his house, It was only 2 blocks away.
Meanwhile at Nick's house, the doorbell rang. 'Wow, that was quick.' he thought. Nick went over to the door and was waiting with puckered lips when he opened the door.
''Woah! Nick, I don't swing that way'' AJ jumped back.
Nick opened his eyes, it was AJ.
''Sorry man, I thought you were Hayley!'' he laughed.
''What are you doing here?'' Nick asked.
''Oh, I have great news. We are starting a tour in two weeks.'' AJ smiled.
Nick's heart sank. He was going to have to leave Hayley, just when he got her?
''Oh thanks for the news.'' he mumbled.
''Alright, well I better go , so you and Hayley are alone. But uh Nick?'' AJ said getting his attention.
''Yeah?" he asked.
''Don't break her heart, okay?" AJ said.
''Don't worry man, I'll see you later.'' Nick smiled.
With that, AJ left. AJ had known Hayley so long, he was like a big brother to her. Nick was about to sit on the couch, to think how to tell Hayley that her boyfriend was leaving for months.
The doorbell rang again, before he could. He closed his eyes, got ready for a kiss, and opened the door.
Nothing.
No Kiss.
No talking.
Nothing.
