The Second Amendment

History shows that there was a lot of laws to protect people rights and safety.  There was a lot of laws that Congress has passed.  The Property Requisition Act of 1941 demonstrates that any individual can own any weapon of what so ever to defend the US from attacks.  One thing was wrong, it didn't mean that you had the right to bear arms, it just means you can own a weapon, so that is why the House Military Affairs Committee added more words in to protect them.  This act was established two months before Pearl Harbor.  The later came the Gun Control Act of 1968 which explains that a person can own a firearm as long as they don't do anything unlawful.  Then the Firearm Owners' Protection Act of 1986 which demonstrates that the owner must have a permit and must be register in order to own a gun.  Now it is legal to own a gun depending on the state that you live.  All you do is you must abide to the state laws.

Beginning of Guns

The Making of Guns began with China.  The Chinese people made a lot of stuff, but what was rare was gunpowder.  The Chinese use the gunpowder for firecrackers, a very extraordinary device that is very interesting and fun.  Then After the Europeans found out about this gunpowder, they improved it an damage shotguns.
