Chapter 25

“Glad you’re cool with each other again!” AJ smiled.
“So are we!” I smiled back. I jumped off Howie’s bunk(I had climbed back on) and climbed onto Nick’s. “Thanks for stopping me,” I whispered.
“Anytime,” he whispered back. I put my head on his shoulder and hugged him. “I love you,” he whispered and kissed my forehead.
“You mean that?” I asked, still in whisper.
“Yes, I do,” he looked into my eyes.
“I love you too,” I grinned.
“Hey people, she loves me!” Nick suddenly said out loud. I blushed a little.
“Well, he loves me back!” I said.
“ Awwww! That’s so cute!” Jessie said.
“But what’s up with you and Brian?” I asked.
“I don’t know. I told him I was sorry for punching him,” she looked at Brian.
“I accepted, you know that!” he said to her.
“So, you’re an item?” I inquired.
“I guess, if Jessie wants that,” Brian said.
“I do,” she told him.
“I’m hungry!” Howie whined.
“OK, where to stop?” Brian asked.
“MCDONALDS!!” AJ shouted.
“Ok, ok! We’ll go there!” Kevin laughed. Howie sighed and layed down. He couldn’t help thinking about me.
“We’re here!” AJ shouted again. Everyone got out and went it.
After we had ordered and gotten our food, we were sitting in the back laughing. Suddenly a girl ran up to the guys screaming.
“Omigod! You’re the Backstreet Boys!! Oh! Will you wait so I can get my CD? I want you to sign it!” she squealed and ran outside. We all laughed. She ran back with a CD and two other girls. The two new girls screamed.
“Sign this please!” she handed over her CD. The guys just smiled and signed it. Then they were asked to sign shirts for the other girls.
“Are these your girlfriends?” One of the girls asked giving Jessie and I dirty looks.
“No, uh, they’re just our friends,” Nick covered.
“Oh, well then, I LOVE YOU NICK!!” another of the girls cried. Nick smiled politely.
“We better go girls!” the last girl said.
“Bye!” the guys waved and the girls hurried off without even thanking them.
“How rude! Not even a thank you!” Brian stated.
“Friend?!” I looked at Nick as did Jessie with Brian.
“C’mon girls, they were fans! We couldn’t break their hearts. What is it had got to the public? Stories would’ve sprouted everywhere!” Nick explained.
“Oh, ok,” I sighed and leaned over on Nick.
