Chapter 24

“Yeah, hold on,” I said as I taped a sign on the outside of the door saying: KNOCK! IF IT’S NOT IMPORTANT, LEAVE!!
I closed the door and came over to him. I kissed him and backed him up to the wall. “I want you,” I whispered, unbuttoning my shirt.
“No! Stop!” Nick cried. I looked up confused. “Think about it! Our first time on a tour bus! You’re 17, I’m 19 , we’ve barely been together like half a week! It’s not right!”
I sighed. I knew he was right. “Yeah, I’m sorry,” I said buttoning my shirt.
“But we can still make out!” he grinned. I grinned back and we started kissing.

Meanwhile... everyone had finally sorted themselves out and were on different bunks, laughing.
“Oooooh! I wonder what Nick and Megan are doing!” AJ said. Jessie got a little tense. He got up and went to the room Nick and I were in. He knocked.
“Who is it?” Nick shouted.
“AJ, can I come in?” he asked.
“Yeah.”
AJ walked in and saw us on my bunk. Our hair was totally messed up. We both blushed. AJ grinned.
“Come out there with us,” he said over his shoulder, leaving. We got up and followed.
“Whoa! What have you two been doing?” Brian smiled.
“Nothing,” I said, smoothed out my hair, and climbed onto Howie’s bunk with him. “Hey Howie!” I said.
“Hey Megan!’ he smiled.
“I wish I was Nick when they were in there... NO! Howie, you don’t wish that!” Howie thought. He was really getting sick of this.
“Sup, Frack?” Brian said to Nick.
“Not much, Frick,” Nick replied as casually as possible.
“So, what’s up with you people?” I bounced a little on Howie’s bunk.
“Hey! You’re gonna break the bed!” Howie joked. “Nothing’s up with me.”
“Ditto!” AJ agreed. Everyone agreed that nothing was up.
“Hey Megan, can I talk to you for a minute?” Jessie asked.
“Sure!” we walked back to our room.
“So... how was it?” she asked.
“We didn’t. Just made out,” I answered.
“Oh, sorry.”
“No, it’s cool,” we got up and went back to the guys again.
