The following are basic codes to use for your site

But BEFORE you use them you have to understand how...

  • < b > is NOT the code you use!
If I write the code, you won't be able to see it because the computer transforms stuff inside a < > to what you are asking for, like bold, so you will only see the text bolded. So I have written the codes with spaces in between the < , the letters of the code, and the other > , when really it should all be one without spaces.
  • You need to end all codes!
In order to make something what you want, you have to write the code for it, then write what you want in the code, and then an end for the code.

    Example: < b > I want this in Bold Text < /b >

    Code
    Meaning
    Example
    < b >
    Thicker Lettering
    Bold
    < i >
    Slanted Lettering
    Italic
    < u >

    Underline
    < p >
    New Paragraph
Use This To Make A Space

You don't need to end this with a /p
    < hr >

You don't need to end with /hr
    < center >

All The Text In The Boxes

    < ul >
    Bulleted List
      First use < ul >
  • Then everytime you want a bullet
  • Add a < li > before you put
  • What you want
  • < li >'s Don't need < /li >
  • But < ul > Does to end the list
