Today was one of the craziest days ever!! Ok here's what happened...Our ride (Ashley's dad) was supposed to pick us up right after school to go up to the radio station to meet The Grand Skeem. Well, it turns out that when we called he was in Allentown (like 40 mins away) getting something for his wife or some crap like that. We waited and waited for him and almost decided to forget it, but we wanted to see The Grand Skeem so bad because we heard them on the radio and we loved their music so much and wanted to meet them, you know how it is. Finally, after so long, he came, and we were off. We brought a video camera on the way to document what was going on, we got getting caught in traffic, almost running over a deer, getting lost everywhere, and going to the wrong radio station. See, when we finally made it to Newton (we got really lost) we went to the Max 106.3 managment office or some crap like that. We didn't know that until after we went running around the building banging on doors and asking everyone where Grand Skeem was. Well some lady gave us directions to the studio, or tried at least, we ended up in the opposite direction of the studio, so we had to stop at a bar and get directions. Thank God for the bar flies!! Finally, we made it to the studio, but of coarse, we were too late! Everyone was gone except Chaz and Mark Miles. They were really cool and felt bad that we drove 3 hours for nuttin so they put us on the list to be in the video the next day. Then we got to shout out on the radio, that was cool. Oh what really sucked though, we came in with the camcorder, and when we went to see Mark Miles he's like "you know, one of the guys from Grand Skeem was asking if anyone brought a camcorder and it would have been so cool if they did". We were like "noooooo" lol. But its all good...cause we got to see them the next day!!
