Some much needed updating! 1/29/07
I can't believe how long it has been since we last updated the news section on this site. Anyhow, for those of you who don't know, our first full length album ''...And So It Begins'' has finally been released! You can pick it up for $10 at one of our shows or at Wood Brothers or Falcetti music in Pittsfield, MA. All of the shows we have been playing lately have been loads of fun! The last show was with Life In Your Way, we had a awesome time with those guys! We'll be playing with Disciple, Family Force 5, Decyfer Down, and Fire Flight on Feb 13th (our drummers bday), tickets for that are only $10 so be sure to come out to that show! We are also working on a new demo and a new album, the demo should be out within the next month or 2, the album we want to have out by the summer. You can hear some of our new songs on our MySpace
and PureVolume sites. We'll hae some new live pics up here pretty soon too, so keep an eye open for that. And we will try to update this more regularly.

''Formality Dissmissed EP'' out now!!! 9/19/06
At long last we have finally released our first CD. It's called ''Formality Dissmissed EP'', it has 7 songs, and you can pick it up now at our shows for $5. We are currently trying to make it availible online as well. We are also going to be entering the studio again soon to record some new demo's.

New song produced by CR Pendleton! 7/2/06
Hello. So on Tuesday we drove over to Ohio to record a song with CR Pendleton (John Rueben, Jeff Anderson, Spoken, Paul Wright, Symphony In Peril) and we recorded the song on Wednesday. It was a whole lot of fun to work with him. The song is called ''Nightmares and Dreams''. Anyhow it's already mixed and we just uploaded a mp3 of it onto our MySpace site. We don't have plans yet to release it on CD, but for now you can listen to it and download it on our site. So check it out, it's really good and a lot different fom anything we've ever done before. And thanks to CR and his crew for all the help! www.myspace.com/armorymusic

New song up on MySpace, Leading worship this Friday night. 6/10/06
Hello. So we have a new song up on MySpace which is called ''Beat Me Down'', if you've ever seen us live before then you've heard it, it's got a pretty nice guitar solo and some smooth bass lickings in it. Check it out at www.myspace.com/armorymusic . Also we are going to be leading worship at Flatbrook Baptist Church this coming Friday night at 6:30p.m. The event is a youth ralley, there will be pizza and stuff, i don't believe we will actually be playing any of our original songs though. We don't usually lead worship as Armory either, well we do end up doing some worship at a lot of our shows but we usually have Kevin Vincent lead because he is really good at it, but he can't play with us next week so Justin will be leading. He does a good job, it's just going to be a little different for us, but hey you don't need to know that. So come on out and worship with us if you want to. And for those of you guys who like our music but arn't really into the whole Christian thing, thats alright, you don't gotta come see us lead worship or anything, we don't mind. And if you're not a Christian, we hope you can still like us for our music. When we play a regular Armory show, it's not about what religion or race you are, it's about hanging out with a bunch of cool kids and rocking out to some decent music. So if you're not interested in worshipping with us on Friday, thats cool, hopfully we'll see you the next time we play a regular show. Like with Skillet, that will be sweet. Well i've said enough for now i think. Don't forget to check out ''Beat Me Down'' on MySpace.com.

New pictures 6/8/06
Hey, guys. Just wanted to let you know we've got some new and some old pictures up on the photo page. We've got some new live pics, old live pics, and new promo pics. Check it out.

Hopfully we'll be playign some more shows before and inbetween those ones as well. Mixing on the album is going pretty good, we've got 2 songs done and they sound very very good. We will be mixing 2 or 3 more songs this week. The album WILL be out this summer. And we're going to Ohio to record a song with CR Pendleton in about 3 weeks. That is going to be amazing, that song will be up on our sites as soon as it is done. We'll keep you guys posted. I guess thats all for now.

Upcoming show, mixing, recording. 4/20/06
Hello everybody. Well we have a show coming up on May 12th at Source of the Nile in Pittsfield, MA. It's $5 at the door, the show starts at 8:00p.m. and it's a Friday night so come rock out with us! This weekend we're moving our studio and then we will begin mixing it down. We are still hoping to have it out in May or June. We'll give you more info on that really soon. As far as recording more stuff goes. Well i feel weird even talking about doing the second CD when the first isn't out yet (though it is done other than mixing), but anyhow. We will be going to Ohio at the end of June to record a song with CR Pendleton (John Reuben, Jeff Anderson, The Pits), that is going to be amazing! So that will probably be the start of recording our new album. The rest of it will be recorded at Wisner's Studio in Hinsdale, MA. But before you start thinking about the next CD get ready for the first one (''...And So It Begins'') which is dropping this summer!

Updating you 3/24/06
Hello. Sorry for the lack of up dates but we havn't really been doing much that would probably be too exciting for you to read about lately. We've been writting a lot of new music. This past Saturday we practiced at the church we go to youth group at, that was a lot of fun even though Justin was sick. We had the chance to play 2 shows this past week but they were right in the middle of the day when we were in school and had work, Justin has been sick since last Friday and hasn't had a voice until a few days ago so we wouldn't have been able to play anyway. We're pretty bummed about that but sometimes stuff just doesn't go like you plan. We're hoping to have our CD out in May, we're not sure if we can do it but hopfully thats how it will go. We might be starting work recording the new CD soon too, but we don't really want to start that until we've got the first CD out. We want to finish one project before starting another. There is a lot of music written for the new album but not a lot of lyrics and most of the vocal parts havn't been written yet either so it's deffinitely going to be a while before that finished. We're going to be putting up some different songs on My Space and Pure Volume soon, we havn't decided what songs yet though. We're hopfully going to be going to Ohio to record a song for the second CD too, we'll let you know when all of that is in stone. Anyhow, we will be putting up some new pics and stuff on here and our other sites pretty soon, Justin got his hair cut too short though so thats not really very cool. Hopfully we'll have some shows set in stone pretty soon and then you can come see us play and that will be a lot of fun. We'll keep you updated. And feel free to drop us a comment on MySpace or e-mail us or something, and if you want us to play a show send us a e-mail at ArmoryBand@Yahoo.com and we'll e-mail you back, even if you just e-mail us to say ''hi'' we'll e-mail you back becuz we really like getting e-mail. Well i guess thats all for now.

Update about the show (only $5 to get in). 2/14/06
Ok first of all Happy Valentines Day, it must be nice for those of you who arn't single. Ok so now onto the important stuff. Last night i found out that tickets for the show on Thursday are only $5 and you just pay at the door. So hopfully we will see you there. You can get a little more info about the show on our shows page or by going to http://events.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=events.detail&eventID=44442.83052. Hopfully we'll see you at the show.

Upcoming show on Feb 16th 2/7/06
Hello. We have a show coming up at the PHS Battle of the Bands in Pittsfield, MA on Thursday, February 16th 2006. There's going to be a bunch of other bands and stuff. It should be pretty sweet. We don't have a whole lot of time to play but trust me we are cramming us much music as possible into the time we have. Tickets are $5 in advance and $10 at the door. You can check out shows page for more info or go to http://events.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=events.detail&eventID=44442.83052. We'll have 4 song demo CDs for sale for $3 unless we arn't aloud to sell stuff, in which case we'll be giving away CDs. But yeah if you come then bring $3 to pick up our demo, it actually sounds pretty good. Justin's other band Evidence is also playing a show in New Jeruslam, PA at Alexanders on February 18th. Aaron may also be making a guest apearence with Evidence at that show. That show is $10 at the door so if you live within a hours drive you really should go, they'll be playing a pretty long set too including many original's and covers by bands like Tool, A Perfect Circle, Incubus, Faith No More, and a re-written verion of a song from Justin and Kevin's old project. It's going to be a great show so go check them out. And if you're free on the 16th and live within an hour of us then come see us, it's gonna be a sick show with tons of bands. Also we're going to be posting some new studio pics and other pics up on here pretty soon. Well thats all for now.

MySpace site, new song on PureVolume.com, recording/mixing 1/20/06
Hello. Well we just put up a MySpace site yesterday. You can check it out at www.myspace.com/armorymusic and make sure to add us as a friend if you're a member. We've also got a new song up on www.purevolume.com/armory called ''In the Night'', it's pretty slow but it's nice. We've got songs up on the MySpace site too so check that out. We're going to be recording bass and djembe for a song this weekend and then we will be completely done recording our CD, we're going to begin mixing it in a week or 2. Well i guess thats all for now.

Hello, welcome to the new site. So this may not be the coolest site ever but it sure beats what we had before. We apologize for the adds and stuff on here, we're thinking about getting them taken off soon, only problem is it cost money that we don't really want to spend, but we'll see. We've still got a few more things to add like more pictures and stuff (those will be up soon) but the site is basicaly up and running. You can download 2 of our songs on the music page, you can also listen to 3 of our songs and download 1 at our PureVolume site which is www.purevolume.com/armory. You can also read Q/A's with each member of the band on the Biography page. We are currently booking shows, we don't have any new dates yet but we're working on it. If you want to book us for a show or contact us for any reason than you can by e-mailing us at ArmoryBand@Yahoo.com (you can always get our e-mail address by going to the contact page). You can keep up do date on the progress of our album (which we are about to start mixing) on the recording journal page (the album should be out in a month or 2), and you can keep up to date with us by checking out this page. We will post news on here as often as possible, even if we don't really have anything to say. Also please be sure to check out our friends on the links page. Well i guess thats it for now. So please check out the site and our music, we hope you like it.

Hello, this is Justin. Well the show last Friday went great, thanks to all you guys who came out! Also props go out to the rappers who openned for us, you guys talked us up and you sounded pretty good for rap. This coming Friday we are playing another show at New Life Church in Pittsfield, MA. We are playing with a rapper named T-Dogg, for all you guys who don't like rap just come to see us and leave right after we play. This show is gonna be a little different than normal though, see i got sick last Thursday and after our show last Friday i completely lost my voice, i've gotten it back but it isn't fully back and i can't sing (plus i'm still mad stuffed up), so Kevin Vincent (who plays back up guitar with us live) is going to be singing for me at this show, he's extremely good, probably better than me so it'll still sound pretty darn good. Our drummer Blondy is sick too, so this may be another rough show, but we're gonna try hard and we are gonna rock it out for you! Well Merry Christmas everyone.
