To fully understand the musical phenomenon of talent and general awesomeness that is us (I don't like to brag but...), then you have to understand that we are influenced by a number of very cool and indeed rockin' bands.  Some of these bands may not be deemed "rad" or "punk" by some people but we don't care.  We have in some way been influenced by them.  Here are some links to their websites.

Cool Bands

Green Day - It doesn't matter that their last album was a "pile o' folk", they still rock.

The Hippos - PILE OF TALENT Ska band who like to use Moog analogue synths to their advantage.

The Ataris - Pop-Emo-Punky style band who wrote San Dimas High School Football Rules and have, all around rad guy, Kris Roe in their midst.

NOFX - Fat Mike's band who wrote and recorded an 18 minute punk song, in roughly 4 takes!

Reel Big Fish - Ska band who write songs about selling out, trendy people, lesbian relationships and beer among other things.

Rufio - PILE OF TALENT emo-punk band who use many a zolid get riff to show how good they are, and how good other people want to be, on guitar.

Sum 41 - MTV-fest of a band who most uptight punk elitists hate. The first album is very good and they use plenty o' pointless metal riffs in between songs.

Showoff - Punk band band who humor us greatly with their 50's slow dance type bits in their songs. They rock!

Lagwagon - Joseph Cape's punk outfit.

Goldfinger - A band whose drummer is a moron (in a funny kind of way) at gigs and whose singer produced rad albums by Mest and Showoff.

MXPX - A "popular" band in America but a pile of no-one over here.

Jimmy Eat World - Emo band who can also rock out like, WWF superstar, The Rock going out to climb some rocks.

Less Than Jake - The ultimate DIY ska band who tour more or less non-stop.

Fenix Tx - Pretty generic pop punk band who rock and who are famous for association with...

Blink 182 - For all the people who have been living in a cave for the past few years Blink were the pop punk band responsible for the ultra rad song Dammit.

New Found Glory - Another band who are guilty of being "mainstream" or "popular" in America and nobody over here. They also have a rockin' cover tune album.

Allister - We stole their cover of I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys.

Foo Fighters - A straight up Rock band who deserve credit for writing Everlong (i.e. one of the best songs EVER!)

The Offspring - Popular punk band who use funny samples on their albums.

Manic Street Preachers - A band who did used to rock but ate more ball by the day, after the release of the first album.

Midtown - Just click on the click the link, they are simply just better than most people.

The Starting Line - The debut EP is absolutely amazing. These guys are the next NFG.

Something Corporate - Piano driven Emo-y Indie-y Pop Punk-y type stuff. And very good stuff at that, from drive thru's new signing.

Rx Bandits - Ska-tastic band who are friends with The Hippos and have talent. What makes them even better is they manage to sound good with only a two piece horn section and just five band members altogether.

Alkaline Trio - One of the most kick-ball three piece bands ever!

more links will added when I can be arsed.........
