Hank and Eulaine's OZARK MUSIC and BROOMS

     When not performing their music or traveling to craft festivals, Hank and Eulaine can be found handcrafting brooms at Hank & Eulaine's Ozark Broom Company, a family owned business. They learned the craft while living in the rustic Ozark Mountains of Mountain View, Arkansas. This area has long been known for its mountain music, old time dances and old time cabin crafts. Hank and Eulaine's Ozark Broom Company is now relocated in the Cascade Mountain foothills in Western Washington.
     Each broom is handcrafted from the finest quality, hand selected broom corn, stitching twine and wire. The handles are made from turned oak, eastern red cedar, hand forged metal, and the sassafras tree that grows naturally in the ozarks. The brooms are hand stitched as the traditional broommakers have done for generations.
     Many of the brooms like the Wild Turkey Wing date back to the late 1700's. They handcraft other brooms including the Kitchen , Cobweb, Fireplace, Whisk, Cabin, Young Pioneer, and the Cake Tester.
     These brooms are as practical as they are decorative, a great gift to give or receive. Most of the brooms are available in blue, black, red, green, brown, orange, or the natural colored broom corn (or a mixture of colors).

Handmade Ozark Brooms
