Welcome to the Sailor Moon Site!!!
SAILOR MOON
is a series about a girl named Tsukino Usagi (last name first in Japanese...translated her name is Serena...?_?. She's a clumsy, not too bright girl in Junior High...sounds a lot like Fushigi Yugi doesn't it?? Well anyway, she finds out (from her cat!) that she is Sailor Moon...defender of "love and justice" and keeper of peace on earth. Then, Usagi encounters many other girls in Tokyo (where she lives) that are also Sailor Senshi (Sailor Scouts in English)! All of the Sailor Senshi are the reincarnated princesses of their own respective planets. (For example: Sailor Mars was the princess from Mars, and Sailor Mercury was the princess of Mercury and so on). Of course, Sailor Moon, the leader of the Sailor Scouts, was the princess of the Moon Kingdom, who's mother Queen Serenity ruled it. The Sailor Senshi also do not let everyone know who they are, which is why they transform usually in secret into the Senshi!
Usagi talks to a guy she occasionally sees on the street, who's name is Chiba Mamoru (aka Darien Shields in the dubbed). She hates him for the longest time, but then discovers that he is also Tuxedo Mask...defender of Earth and helper of Sailor Moon. She later finds out that he is....uh oh! Can't tell you! =P (Read the episode summaries) But anyway, Mamoru was the reincarnated prince of Earth, who in the Moon Kingdom time, fell in love with the Moon princess. Aww!!
There are five seasons of Sailor Moon. The first is with Queen Beryl (Beryl-sama) and the Negaverse, who sends out four of her minions to try and get these special crystals that when gathered together...make the Emperium Silver Crystal! (And that little thing is pretty powerful ~_*). Do they defeat all of the bad guys??? (Well, use your logic, there's four other seasons..=P). Anyway, the Second season: It starts off with Alan and Ann (I have trouble remembering their Japanese names). They are two aliens who try to steal energy from the people on Earth to feed their Doom Tree. If the tree survives, they can survive. Well, they fail miserably and then some new enemies come into play in this same season! The Dark Moon Kingdom who deals with Rubeus the leader (male) and four ladies: Birdie, Catsy, Prisma, and (eek!! I forgot the name!). They are all under the direction of Prince Diamond, who when those five fail, sends out Emerald (female) and Sapphire (male..and looks a lot like Mamoru). They're all out to get Chibiusa, a little pink-haired girl who looks like a mini version of Usagi!) ?_? Well, all have that plan except for Daimond, who just wants to get hold of Usagi ('cuz SOMEBODY has a crush! lol). Well, I'm not gonna tell you what happens! ^_^
The third season is one of my personal faves: It's where many more Sailor Senshi come into play! They battle Dr. Tomoe (a mad scientist), who sends out one of his Witches 5 (starting off with Kaolinite...)to try and find these pure heart crystals that, once taken out of the person's body, turns into one of the three talismen: the space sword, the mirror, or the garnet (I think I have the name of that last one slightly off). Together, they form the Holy Grail (something they want). Do they defeat these people??? Where are these talismen?? And who's good...and who's bad??? o.O
The fourth season is mainly about Chibiusa. The Sailor Senshi have to try and get rid of the Dark Moon Circus, who try to capture a pegasus...who happens to be on the side of good. Nehelenia is the one in charge of the Dark Moon Circus (which is full of some WIERD people!). lol. Does Chibiusa have a crush?? hehe ~_* Do they beat the queen??? What do they want with Pegasus? And what's with those REALLY WIERD people in the Dark Moon Circus??? o.O
The fifth season is probably my favorite! ::laughs:: Definitely comedic time is impeccable. But anyway, someone from the previous seasons isn't totally defeated....but when she (yes...I said "she") is finally defeated, something new happens. The Senshi are all in high school now (wow!! They made it!) when the famous singing group The Three Lights (three really attractive singing idols) decide to go to their high school, one of them takes a liking to Usagi. ::laughs!!:: Well, at the same time, there is an enemy, Galaxia, who sends out four minions: Tin Nyanko, Aluminum Siren, (and the rest I'll get back to you in a sec, lol) to try and get Star Seeds from people. By doing that, Galaxia gets more powerful. But since this is a really good season with A LOT of new stuff...I'm not going to answer everything now. ::laughs:: What's with those mysterious Three Lights? What's with Galaxia?? And who on earth is Chibichibi?? ?_? (yeah, I know she's not in the description, hehe).
