Welcome to Black Void 2.0, this is Rampage620, the man behind Black Void, the original one, not the wannabe copies. O boy, I bet they feel stupid for trying to copy my successful Rpg. Well, I'm making this new one to try and recapture Black Void's former glory, that and try and make those imposter BV's feel even more stupid. C-ya layta.

Rules
One:
Respect all owners and members equally (but more so on owners, lol)
Two: Keep the disrespecting down unless Rp'ing your character.
Three: Keep the level of cursing to a minimum, even when Rp'ing.
Four: Try and stay active at least twice a week (training, in chats, etc). If you are inactive for two weeks without good reason (vacation, grounded, computer problems, etc), they your character is available for re-assignment. That means I can give your character away to someone more deserving. The more active you are before your leave of absence, the less likely I'll give your character to someone else. But the longer you are gone, the more likely I'm gonna give your character away.
Five: This Rpg is in the new 5+ fighting style. This fighting style will be gone into in more depth in the Fighting Style page.
Six: Owners will not update their own trainings, money from jobs, and goons. They can, however, update spars, items bought, moves, etc.
Seven: As far as updating goes, we will get to it when we get to it. Myself, I go them in the order that I recieved them, just one person at a time. If I have a mail from someone else, you, that someone else, you, you, you, then that someone else I do all the mails from that someone else because the first mail I have is from them. And if I get on and don't update, there is a good reason, but I'm not gonna tell you (lol). And all owners have the right to disregard trainings, money and power, etc if they appear to be CAP'd (copy and pasted) (see the Fighting Style page) or it appears to be the same thing sent twice or more.
Eight: Characters start on their home planet. Goku-Earth, Bardock-Vegeta, Nail-Namek, Bebi-Plant, etc. All character except Androids w/o Cell start at 50 pl (just enough to do 1 hp of damage with a punch). Androids start at 5,000 pl (stage one). Android can not train until they reach stage 10. Cell starts like all other people because he has the cells of all other people and he can train, but he can't use the Android chips from Gero's Lab
