You cannot train while under a master, though you can stay with a master as long as you like. While with a master, you cannot fight with people, but you can spar with other people that are under the same master.

Master Roshi - 5,000 base PL Required of Good and Neutral, more Good alignment
Location - Earth | Master Roshi's Island
Training - 200 PL per day
Moves - Destructo Disc (3 days and 15,000 base pl), Kamehameha (6 days and 40,000 base pl), and Solar Flare (3 days and 10,000 base pl).


Kami - 10,000 base PL Required of Good through Neutral alignment
Location - Earth | Kami's Lookout
Training - 250 PL per day
Moves - Masenkoha (4 days with 20,000 base pl), and Special Beam Cannon (6 days with 40,000 base pl)
HTC - Also know as the HTBC or the Room of Time and Spirit, the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is a place where24 hours on the outside equals a year on the inside. When training in here, you gain 15.2183 times the number of hours you are inside the room times your training. If you are in the room more than 48 hours, you are trapped inside forever. No training equipment can be brought in and this room can only be used in times of emergency. This place cannot be invaded.


King Vegeta - 15,000 base PL Required of any alignment
Location - New Vegeta | New Royal Palace
Training - 400 pl per da
Moves - Galick Gun (5 days with 30,000 base pl), and Moonshine Blast (2 days or 1 for Saiyans)
Armor - Any full-blooded Saiyan recieves a Saiyan Armor for free on their first visit to King Vegeta.


Guru - 10,000 base PL Required of Good or Neutral, more Good alignment
Location - New Namek | New Guru's House
Hidden Power Unlocking - This is where he puts his hand on your head and unlocks your hidden powers. You base pl is multiplied by 1.75 and made base. This can only be done once and cannot be undone.
Moves - Masenkoha (4 days with 20,000 base pl), and Heal (5 days with 10,000 base pl)


King Kai - 15,000 base PL Required of Good through Neutral alignment
Location - Other World | King Kai's Planet
Training - 500 pl per day
Moves - Thunder Flash (6 days with 40,000 base pl), Chou Kamehameha (7 days with 100,000), Spirit Bomb (7 days with 30,000 base pl), Chou Spirit Bomb (10 days with SSJ or it's equivalent), and Kaioken (5 days with 5,000 base pl)


Grand Kai - 20,000 base PL Required with Good through Neutral alignment
Location - Other World | Grand Kai's Planet
Training - 600 pl per day
Moves - Transdimentional Teleportation (10 days with 150,000 base pl), Creation Magic (5 days with 50,000 base pl), Fusion Dance (4 days (2 with a partner) with 50,000 base pl), and learn to Break Dance (lol)


Satan - 20,000 base PL Required with Evil and Neutral, more Evil alignment
Location - Other World | Hell
Training - 600 pl per day
Moves - Transdimensional Teleportation (10 days with 150,000 base pl), Creation Magic(5 days with 50,000 base pl), and Fusion Dance (4 days (2 with a partner) with 50,000 base pl)
