Mikuro is a phsycic from earth. His brother is friends with Mr Tamura, who is friends with Haruhiko. When Rin tries to get revenge on Haruhiko, he goes and attacks Mr Tamura. Mikuro goes to help. He is cool. I think his english voice actor is Kero's (CCS).
