Liz had been sitting on Josh's lap when she fell asleep. Megan had watched Brian the whole night. She noticed that Brian seemed to be in a daze whenever he saw Liz and Josh together. He wouldn't go near her when Josh was around, and was barley his comedic self.
Liz woke up startled, she looked around her room, and wondered how she got there. She remembered falling asleep on the couch with everybody around. Through the darkness she saw the figure who had just placed her on the bed walk to the door, close it, lock it, pull the book case in front of it, and turn around to return to the bed. As the figure approached her in the darkness, Liz realized it was Josh.
Josh lay down beside Liz, not realizing she was awake. "Why did you move my bookcase in front of the door?" she asked.
"Shh, don't worry," he whispered pulling her close. He kissed her with force and moved his hands down her back, and then under her shirt.
"Josh Josh, this doesn't feel right stop."
"Don't worry baby, that's just cuz we don't have our cloths off yet!"
"Josh, get off!" she said loudly.
He cupped his hand over her mouth and pressed hard. "Be quiet!" he said forcefully. He moved on top of her and began to lift her shirt.
"GET OFF!" she shouted and punched him off her. She knocked him onto the floor and ran to the door.
"Liz, you in there?" Brian shouted from the other side of the door. She pushed the bookcase away, but before she got it completely out of the way of the door, Josh grabbed her and threw her to the bed. Brian was banging on the boor trying to break through. Nick, Zach and Darren had arrived and were trying to break the door down while Megan called the police. Brian heard Liz's muffled screams through the door. He was going crazy not being able to help her. He looked out of the window in the hall and saw the roof right outside of it. He opened it and climbed out, hoping Liz's window would be open.
Josh tied Liz's hands to the bed with a sheet. He proceeded to remove his cloths and Liz's. Brian then climbed through her window and ran straight towards the bed. He knocked Josh off of Liz and pushed him to the floor. Nick had followed Brian and unlocked the door.
Josh opened a box on the floor and pulled out a lamp. He pulled back, and swung it at Brian with all his force, knocking Brian in the face, and cutting his face. Brian took a swing at Josh and punched his eye, throwing him back. Nick, Zach and Darren rushed over and pinned Josh to the floor, while Brian ran to Liz. He untied her, wrapped her in a blanket, and pulled her close. She sobbed in his arms.
The police arrived and arrested Josh. As he pulled away he looked out the window at Liz and Brian, sending an ice-cold glare. A police officer walked up to Liz and Brian, she was still in his arms. "Ma'am, you are lucky your friends where here. How did you meet Mr. Blackfeld?"
"Mr. Who?" she said confused. "You mean Josh?"
"No ma'am. That, there is Michael Blackfeld. He had been charged with serial rape last year, however there was not enough evidence so his case was dropped. The women who claimed that he was their rapist said that he told them false names. That was one of the reasons he wasn't caught, the women were told different names so they couldn't press charges."
"And that makes me feel so much better," replied Liz.
"Just be glad that he only as far as taking your cloths off!" said the police officer.
"Wow, has anybody told you that you are sensitive?" Liz snarled.
"Well no, but thank you."
"That wasn't a complement, you are the most insensitive man I've ever met!" she shouted.
"C'mon Liz, let's get you inside," Brian said, knowing that if she was around this man any longer, she too would.
