We not only teach students how to click, we teach students how to THINK!
Computing is a thinking thing, not a clicking thing. You will learn how to THINK TWICE AND CLICK ONCE!
Through our training, teaching, and on the job experiences – we have come to the conclusion that most students have none, or some degree of computer literacy – what keeps both groups from achieving a higher level of proficiency in the tasks that they are performing is a WEAK CORE! The foundation is not solid. Tasks that should take a few seconds or minutes are taking 45 minutes or even hours.
We believe that students learn best by doing, so each student has a computer to use. We also believe in small classes too, each class has from 1 to 6 students. We teach students from the ages of 3 to 90+. You are never too young or too old to learn – you just need the right teacher!
Computer Learning Center has designed exciting comprehensive courses employing the computer as a stimulating tool for learning. The courses incorporate:
An emphasis on work tasks and problem solving skills
An active hands on learning approach – students will use the Open Lab to practice.
Creative and challenging lessons for all skill levels
