Measure loosely from the OUTER edge
of your shoulder
(where the seam of your shirt is, usually), across the front,
to the TOP of the opposite hip (where baby's bottom would be if baby is being
carried on your hip). |
Like a bra size, or men's slacks, your size is your measurement.
If you measure between inches, round DOWN to the nearest whole inch, and this is your size.
As always, if unsure, you can contact me for help with sizing.

Most people wear somewhere between a 22 and 26.
I am 5'5", 145 lb. I am short waisted, busty, measure 22", and prefer a size 23.
If you are a DD cup or more, bra-size, I do suggest purchasing one size bigger than your measurement.
If you are pregnant, sizing is fun!
From 0-4 months, you may want to go one size up to account for postpartum weight.
From 4-6 months, your measurement is probably very accurate for your postpartum size.
From 6-8 months, your measurement is probably ONE SIZE bigger than postpartum size.
From 8 -9m (until you have your baby), your measurement is probably 1-2 sizes bigger than postpartum size.
If you do order the wrong size, and need to exchange when baby arrives, I'm happy to do so! |
