Established with the support of the USAID/OTI in 2000, the IPC's Conflict Management Resource Centre provides resource materials for journalists, researchers, conflict management workers and students. some of the resource materials include books, journals, news clippings newsmagazines and newspapers. The Centre also has computers made available that are used for reseach works. The Internet-ready computers depend on the V_Sat link of the IPC which guarantees 24-hour connection to the world wide web.

The Conflict Management Resource Centre also collaborates with other organisations, networks and coalitions that work in the area of conflict prevention and management.
