Hello. This spell is designed to rid of depression. I made this spell up myself when trying to heal a friend of mine not so long agao. I have had much success with this very simple bit of cord magick. I will explain more on cord magick soon! As you tie each knot say: -
By knot of one this spells begun

By Knot of four i feel better than before
By Knot of five this spells alive
By knot of six my head is fixed
By knot of severn this depression is ridden
By not of eight this spell is selaed and i am healed!
