Quick Event Check-off Sheet

It's time for your first event and you need a list of things to take. For this list we will assume a few things. First is that you are not going to be engaged in combat, second that you will not be going alone, and third, but have the aid of the Gold Key in getting ready.

* this is a must, all others are just a suggestion.

Day Tripping

  • Garb (borrow from Gold Key)*
  • Feast gear (table cloth, plate, spoon, knife, fork, candles)
  • Chair (Director or Sport Chairs are great)
  • Extra shoes (sandals or mundane)
  • Camera
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen and/or Tick and/or mosquito spray *
  • Umbrella or rain coat
  • Cloak (you can probably get one from the Gold Key)
  • Map
  • Kingdom Newsletter (or other directions)*
  • Cooler
  • Water*
  • Membership Card if you are a member*
  • Cash (You Need Real Money not Plastic)

Add the following lists if you are tenting or Cabin Camping.

Tent Camping

  • Tent (pegs, rain fly, ground cloth)*
  • Bed (air mattress)
  • Extra Food *
  • Lamp or flash light

plus the items listed below.

Cabin Camping

  • Bedding (sleeping bag, sheets)*
  • Bed curtains
  • Pillow*
  • Extra food
  • Garbage bag
  • Small foot stool or latter (to get on upper bunk)
  • Flash light*

Extras you don't need but might like

  • Lantern (propane, kerosene or battery)
  • Portable table
  • Sun shade or day pavilion
  • Portable stove (propane)
  • Second cooler
  • Book or other reading material
  • Rugs or something to put on a cold floor
  • Sewing Kit for emergency repairs
  • Citronella Candles or Bug Spray
  • Extra mundane clothes
  • Cloth to cover chairs and coolers
