Ea- (aka Enki) Babylonian god of wisdom & magick, Mesopotamian god of wisdom & Earth, father of Sarpanitum
Echida- (Greek) hideously disgusting mate of Typhon and the daughter of Ceto. She has the head of a beautiful nymph, but the body of a serpent. Her children are the Nemean Lion, Cerberus, Ladon, Chimera, Sphinx, and Hydra.

Erato- Greek Muse of lyric poetry, particularly love and erotic poetry, and mimicry.
Ereshkigal- Babylonian & Sumerian goddess of the underworld & death
Erebus- Greek embodiment of primordial darkness, the son of Chaos
Eris- Greek goddess of discord and strife. She is Ares' constant companion and follows him everywhere
Eriu- Irish mother goddess, possibly a solar goddess. Wife of the god Mac Grene.
Eros- Greek god of love and sexual desire. The Romans named him Cupid. The dolphin is sacred to him.
Ersa- Greek goddess of the dew. She was the daughter of Zeus and Eos, sister of Pandia.
Esus- Celtic agricultural deity whose consort is Rosmerta
Eunomia- Greek goddess of order and legislation. She is one of the three Horae. She is the daughter of Zeus and Themis. Her sisters are Eirene and Dice
Eurus- Greek god of the east wind. Eurus is the child of Eos and Astraeus. His Roman equivalent is Vulturnus
Euterpe- Greek goddess of memory and the Muse of music and lyric poetry. She is also the Muse of joy and pleasure and of flute playing
Eve- Phoenician goddess of the underworld
