Pete's Lady Bug
Designed and Dressed by Pete Pederson

Pete's Lady Bug

This is a picture of the original fly developed by Pete Pederson, which for a long time has been a popular and highly successful fly in British Columbia. Pete was generous enough to send this photo and write, "I tied it the first time in 1973, and still using the original tie, and another with crystal flash body.

Pete's Lady Bug Instructions

The fish in the picture (below) was taken on the Bulkley this past September, the Ladybug in its mouth. Pete also provided us with a copy of the tying instructions and some notes about the fly (see above).
