This skillfully tied version of the Classic Spey Lady Caroline was done by British Columbia Fly Tyer, Clifford J. Carstens. Lady Caroline, tied in different variations has become popluar in the Northwest in recent years as a crossover fly for Pacific Salmon and Steelhead.
