This web site contains the methods by which the Steppers For Chrsit Drill Team operates. It will include both the external and internal practices of the Drill Team from a practical perspective.
SFC recommends that all Drill Team Directors purchase the three books that Bro. Oscar Alexis has written, "The Drill Team Manual", "The Drill Team Student Handbook", and The New Second Edition Drill Team Manual".
As Director of SFC I believe, the Scripture teaches that Jesus promises to build His Church. The Church Drill Team can help in this aspect by proclaiming the Word of God through drilling and teaching in such a way that disciples are won for Christ, inspired through worship and equipped for ministry.
The Church Drill Team will bond through Jesus Christ to one another in such a way that genuine caring and unconditional Love becomes a way of life within the ministry.
