About me

My name is Maciej (Ma-chay) Rakowski and I am from Poland.

I live in the US and I currently work as a coach of a local swim team in Topeka, KS, I also coach triathletes and duathletes.

I started coaching athletes in 1994. Since than, I have noticed that many of them don't know how to train -

A lot of athletes make so many mistakes that they will never reach their potentials and they can lead themselves to burnout and injury which may cause them to leave this wonderful sport. I completed my first triathlon at age 17 (without any athletic background) and it took me 3:02 but after a few years I did the same triathlon in 2:08 - that's a
