New owners of guinea pigs hesitate to show their beautiful pets against the experts. Every body starts somewhere and there is a division when showing for new comers. The exhibit has to be of good quality, correctly groomed and not altered in any way. Do not expect to win, view the show as a challenge or a game and make it fun. After all there is no real career out of showing guinea pigs, it is more as a hobby. If you do win then you will be presented with a prize depending on the extent of the show.
