To the Performer

Do you ever
wonder if
Your smile has
Charmed me?
If the glitter
From your trinkets
Has lured me into
The secret realms
Of your soul?
I am not another
Half shell girl,
Pining,
in the distance,
Searching for
a tomorrow
that never comes.
While posing
as a naked Venus,
Who is
disguised as a pearl
of wisdom.
I need no disguise
as your footsteps
tread the
Realms of my mind.
Haunting,
in the astral plane.
You are a show man.
who knows how to
talk like a salesman.
I have been the
captive audience but
I am not caught.
Make no assumptions.
I  would not wish
to cause grief to your
Special friends.
Otherwise
I would floor you
with a dance,
that would make
your jaw drop.
For I am magic
full of joy
for life.
My smile
is contagious.
There is no drama
to touch you here.
No dooms and glooms,
for attention.
No clinging ivy
jealousy with
a choke hold
On your soul.
I do not
have to have
you right now.
I am complete.
Look!
Deep inside the
Archives of my soul.
I am just a
Story
That has not ended.
My song can be
Intoxicating.
Ode to the
Free souls
In realms eternity.

My Butterfly Soul

Wrapped into a chrysalis of sound,
I am not ready to fly or leave.
I am still not finished nurturing
The seeds that I have sewn.
The wind song is a blanket
of yesterday's music.
A song that reflects
the cold nights chill air.
The wind sings that winter
will soon paint my chrysalis
with its frosty crystalline glow.
I saw a prism of light
in an icicle of time.
I did not crave love's warmth,
for I am enchanted by the illusions
from the chill wind blowing.
I am mesmerized by an invisible force.
I am held in a timeless moment, where I am sheltered in this chrysalis.
Woven are my wings,
wrapped up in my body
that hides my butterfly soul.

The Amaranthine River

Nestled into
The belly of the moon,
I flow as water.
My thoughts streaming,
Like rapids through
The Amaranthine River
Of energy.
The ebb and flow,
of hearts
Reaching out into
The silence,
Of the still points,
Of each day.
Oh pensive heart
Don’t pain me,
For the love
That swims
Deep down
the ocean depths
of my eyes.
Oh sing to me
Mother moon,
A lullaby
Of healing
Laughter
and a love
that knows no rain.

The View

When hearts
that know
no sorrow ache,
like Earth's
old harrowed bones,
the evening fires
will not quake
without a
tear alone.
Empathy born
along sea-shorn songs
echo beyond the norm.
Thunder, wind, and
lightning form,
yet we walk
into the storm,
curious to perceive
what images are born.

Soul Mate

I have a Lover
so free and bold
he touched my heart
with invisible wings.
Deep inside my womb
his spirit can swim.
To my heart
vibrates his soul.
Inner purr
of his spirit
does flow.
Teaching me a song
that he knows.
With sorrow to heal
and tears that rain down,
to feed the seed of our love.

A Fleeting Song

A song is spun
from the silence
in the twilight hours.
My fingers stroke the strings,
my voice sings,
of a tune only heard by one
and then it is gone,
with the rise of the sun
never to be heard again.
My fingers touch
the curved wood.
Dawns light
paints the leaves
of the house plants.
and my music is only remembered
by the invisible listener
that looms between
the shadows of night and day.

Nightmare

She road in on a nightmare of storms.
The hoof beats,
my thundering heart beat.
The wind,
my breath
Storming in the land of dreams.
She’s my vision,
guiding wisdom,
Earthen power,
hurricane weather,
tornado touch down,
earth crust shifting,
warriors fighting,
the hoofs are stomping.
My heart is beating.
Souls being shifted,
to other worlds.
For some
She’s a terror.
A night mare treading
Dark clouds.
Moving,
and death at the door.
Her eyes are passion,
her fierce
storms crashing.
I dance with her.
With awe.
Another night;
she let me live
I remain in this world,
I looked her in the eye
and saw a fierce but gentle beauty.
She’ll be back.
When it is my turn.
To shift into
the next world,
but for tonight
she let me be.

What Love and Peace Mean To Me

Some think war is what we need
I think this is untrue.
Healing power from our souls,
Can cure the worst of evil.

Love means letting go,
Love means surrender,
Peace means no more war,
Peace means forgiven,
Love means gentleness,
Love means sharing,
Peace means ending greed,
Peace excludes condescending,

Some use greed and power,
And defile our air and land,
Lets show them a better way,
Before they turn it into sand.

Love means being kind,
Love means compassion,
Peace means refusing to fight,
Peace includes compromise.

No one wants to end
The game they play,
Hearts losing light are untrue,
Grasping energy from the earth,
Never feeling sorry for what they do,

Love is a healing power,
Love is a teacher,
Peace is a moments silence,
Peace is an act of kindness.

Euphoria

Every time that I feel you
Curling inside my mind,
Deep in love,
Deep in spirit,
Living inside my song.
My heart forever
Thunders,
A beat for us to dance,
Within the waves
Of the water
that we swim in.
Cleansing our souls,
To heal us,
And to free us,
From the sickness
That mankind
Holds on to.
Feel euphoria
swim inside your soul,
to set your spirit free.
Now feel bliss,
And know this;
Dawn’s forever bold
I‘ll wake up your spirit
Know love never ends,
When you feel it inside
A new world begins.

A night without sleep

Night owls paging
through a sea of words.
when you find what you seek,
what will it be?
On a sleepless night
have you ever been held
in the invisible arms of a muse
and taken to places
in your mind
you did not know existed?
Sit back and
I will play you a tune
to lull you to sleep
while I spin
you a tale of
souls healing.

Cumulus

Faces in the sky,
I fantasies dancing
Across them
As I'm flying by.
This plane
Makes me wish,
I had wings.
To soar
Over the sky
Forevermore.
I fall asleep dreaming
I'm sleeping on clouds,
While faeries heal me
And they look like Froud's.
I wake up laughing,
And I'm finally home
Exhausted from my travels
And no desire to roam.

That Old and Timeless Bliss

The voyage of the soul
sails towards the ripples
of hearts wind storms.
Seas of madness may toss,
but love remains a calm place,
in the center of each storm.
Rain may fall from eyelids.
Sleepless through each dawn
a tingle,a vibration,
says your love was never gone.
I may not see you
in this lifetime
or even in the next
but I'll always hear
the patterns of that
old and timeless Bliss

The Masked Man

I gave you all my stories,
all that I am,
and when I cut you off.
You stalked and found me,
you misled me,
You played your masquerade.
Could you hold the truth
from me much longer?
Did you think me blind?
I gave you my all
I stripped down
to the naked
part of my soul.
I asked nothing in return
You took it!
You stole it!
You have taken
the very fabric
and left me nothing!
Nothing but
the rainstorms outside
Nothing but the mystery
that unfurled.
We played together
like children.
We squabbled
and forgave.
We danced around
and had our game.
But it’s over now
It is your turn to ask
for forgiveness.
It is your turn
to tell the truth.
Otherwise I am through.
Farewell.

One with Autumn

Step into my heart,
I’ll show you what I found,
as I dance to the tune,
of blood flowing,
shake to a drumming heartbeat,
shimmy to the mountains changing
Earth quaking,
where the winds sing,
and autumn lingers,
like a tree wrestler,
painted with frost.
I’m the breeze,
petting your faces,
laughing through the
whistling branches,
I’m the tingle,
down the base of spines,
I’m spinning, and dancing,
around the sun,
and cleansing you
with my waters,
healing hearts as I
flow through their souls,
I’m a windy spirit today,
Metamorphosis of death
life and rebirth
Transforming the earth.

Haunting Addictions

When you indulge
in your excesses
and bask in debauchery.
You are trying
to escape yourself,
a slow suicide.
While the part of your being
you try to escape
still haunts you.
No death,
No suicide,
No magic pill,
Will ever let you
escape who you are
and the misery that is
your intoxication.
Morbid thoughts
self loathing,
loathing of everything,
hating those you need.
Heal yourself!
No one can help you
Can you spend time
alone with you?
Is it that difficult
to face yourself?
Is the ugliness
in this world really
what you most desire?
You want to be heard
but you don’t care
what you are saying
You want others
to be afraid or
offended and upset.
you love to degrade
It is true
that people in hell
Want company there
and there is no worse hell
than the one people have
In their brains.
