The people who make up an organization ultimately determine its success or failure. Their ideas and the actions they take set the direction that the organization is to follow. Whether that path leads to triumph or ruin depends on the character of the group's members and their abilities to absorb, to analyze, and to act.
It is the responsibility of the Internals Committee to ensure that UP Haribon always has that mix of individuals that will keep the organization on the right track. The committee takes two approaches to meet this important obligation. The first would be by overseeing a stringet recruitment process that is designed to build commitment to the organization, as well as heighten environmental concern. The second is by conducting team building activities that consolidate the personal bonds between members, helping them to understand each other better. Integral to both of these approaches is the open relationship that the committee shares with both applicants and members, making each one feel that they have a stake in the organization, being sure that every voice is heard and every concern heeded.
Through its efforts, the Internals Committee strives to fill U.P. Haribon with people who are competent, dedicated, and pro-active.
