**~Character Spotlight~**  Meet 24 year old, Rachel Sullivan, a self proclaimed 'bitch', she's snooty, manipulative, and loves the finer things in life. Growing up in Beverly Hills and knowing only the luxuries life has to offer, she’s grown up having everything done for her. However, her life quickly changed when her father, Tom Sullivan, was sent to prison on embezzlement charges and in the process left Rachel and her younger brother, Marshall, with nothing. Loosing their home and all they’ve ever known… they were forced to sell everything of value in order to make ends meet. As the months progressed, Rachel was forced to live a lifestyle that didn’t suit her in any way, shape or form. It was a lifestyle with limits, limits she wasn’t used to, and having had enough, she made a decision she never thought she’d have to make. She never thought the day would come when she would want to be reunited with the mother that abandoned her and Marcus when she was only 3 years old, but that day quickly arrived. In her opinion, desperate times call for desperate measures! Her first day in Kill Devil wasn’t a pleasant one. Having rebuffed the advances of several of Kill Devil’s lowest citizens, they ran her rental car off the road. This did however, bring her to Sam Devlin and sparks between the two flew like fireworks. Sam invited her to the Gala, but little did he know… Rachel’s mother, Katherine, is his old love... Katherine Richard’s… the one he’d been trying to forget. Sam hadn’t seen Kat in over twenty years, after she left the island to pursue her career goals. But the two didn’t have much of a chance to catch up when they ran into one another at the Gala, because Rachel immediately revealed her identity to Katherine. Rachel isn’t there to reunite with her rich mother for love and affection. She only wants two things from the woman... her money and her head on a spear! Rachel wants revenge. And she'll do whatever it takes to make Katherine's life a living hell. Rachel Sullivan was created by Daniel (sweetfire7782) for the role playing group, Low Country. Daniel also currently role players 10 other characters in Low Country and is a very active member within the group. Rachel Sullivan is currently in the running to be nominated by Low Country as Favorite Villainess, Favorite Couple, & Favorite Female in The Online Soap Opera Awards which are held in January of 2004.
