“As far as average goes, it’s helped me move the bar up quite a bit. A lot of that has to do with incorporating a menu, because I wasn’t using a menu before. The presentation techniques and so forth I adopted, and that contributed to the average. We were running in the low $500s before, around $525, $550, and current we’re over $700. It was valuable training. Chargebacks are down a little bit, too, although that’s never been a big problem for us. This was a wonderful class, and I enjoyed the instructor very much.”

“The information I received in the class in reference to warranties, on a more specific level, has helped me to push warranties more and increase my penetration. I think it’s a real helpful class. It helped you to reorganize. But specifically, for the store I’m in, it helped me more on how to overcome objections relating to warranties. It was extremely valuable in this regard. Knowledge is power, and you can’t have too much of it.”

“I’m doing better since the training, but I am planning on going back My per-car average and penetration are better, because my presentation is better. I have another friend who works in F&I, and I’m going back with company. This class has helped me a lot.”

“I know there has been a definite increase in my per-car average. The structure and approach has been able to increase the potential of earnings. I’m seeing better penetration in my aftermarket products, and I absolutely recommend the course.

“I probably increased my penetration 15 percent, maybe a little more. And that’s great, because Santa Monica is a tough market. About 50 to 60 percent are cash customers and are very educated, so 15 percent or more is excellent. Per-car average after the class has probably gone up more than $100, from $470 or $480, to about $630. Again, for this area and this customer base, this is good because this is not a backend-type of area. I do attribute a lot of my increase to the seminar. The class was absolutely wonderful. It was motivating, and I’m looking forward to coming back. It was definitely a benefit.”
