I am planning on having another new contest,well i am not sure if I will but this is how it would be,people sign up and have to get refferals the person with the most refferals gets a whole neo Deck,tell me wha tyou think my emailing me,and dont forget our recent contest,last voter gets 5 neo packs on the poll below so tell your friends to come here!!
