Someone Like You
The way I feel about you is hard to explain
You have been without a doubt my hearts greatest gain
There is something about you that blows me away
And it is you that I think about more every day
You speak words that are caring, gentle and kind
I thought someone like you was impossible to find
You have been the man I have always dreamt of
And everything about you I have to admit I love
Someone like you is a treasure to hold on to
Because there isn't anyone who is as wonderful as you
You definitely stand in a league of your very own
By the compassion and the patience you have shown
You have a great heart and with what I have seen
You stay true to who you are and you say what you mean
You do not pretend to be someone you are not
You are thankful for the things in life you have got
And to know you are not afraid to express how it is you feel
Shows me that you are not phony and what you feel is real
If only I could express myself the way you do
You would know I want more then anything to be with you.
