         The line of defense:
                          the metal army aligned
         In a uniform procession
	                  as the glide marches up
         The row of steel soldiers
	                  like a general, commanding
         Them to stand at attention.
	                  The cadets hold hands, poised,
         As they advance against
  	                  the enemy, each soldier
         Doing his duty to keep
	                  the line together.
         One shivers at the memory
	                  of his fallen comrades
      Weakens and lets go.
			      If a soldier is lost,
    The line begins to
			          split, the hole grows larger
  Until the entire

				      			defense is undone.
