This is something that was done by a lady from the Bay Area (San Francisco) who was drawing auras at an employee's festival for the place where my mom works. She was dressed up as a Baroque-style (I think) French lady complete with a hoop skirt, white, curled wig, and white makeup all over her face. The hoops in her hoop skirt were exposed, and she was dressed mostly in pink. She even had little birds in her wig and on the hoops in her skirt. It was great. Her work was done on construction paper, with oil pastels (I think), and she sprinkled glitter on it at the end and fixed it with spray. She also used gold metallic marker for the gold parts. The only part I know about her name is what you know--that her initials are "HP." Oh, well. Kudos to you, whoever you are.
