Two locations providing assisted living plus services. the only facilities in the area that provide either minimum services or up to and including total cares.

Both facilities are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as a Housing with Services Facility and the Minnesota Department of Human Services as an Assisted Living Home Care Provider. We offer a variety of services ranging from minimal services up to and including total cares. Each facility has private resident rooms, welcoming sitting areas, and attractive outdoor sitting areas.

COSMOS ASSISTED LIVING PLUS, INC

 

WHAT IS ASSISTED LIVING PLUS ?

We are not an ordinary Assisted Living facility. Most assisted living facilities offer only minimum services , but we offer a wide variety of services ranging from minimal services up to and including total cares minimizing the need for the resident to relocate.

Our staff consists of either Certified Nurses Aides, Home Health Aides, Trained Medication Aides or Licensed Practical Nurses. We have a Registered Nurse in the building or on call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

 

Both facilities are approved for financial assistance through our local counties. If you have insurance that covers home health care, they will pay towards your cares in our facilities.
