The 23rd Pennsylvania Memorial Association VIP section is for VIP members only! It is free upon e-mail request and gives you personal contact with the webmaster of the site, invites to special association events and links and helps to help with the research of the 23rd Pennsylvania Volunteers,"Birney's Zouaves". It's kinda like our Secret Society (See the big "all seeing eye" of the 23rd above).
