How about a no-cholesterol brownies recipe for the Passover / Pesach festival? I've seen many brownie recipes, and most were helping to significantly add to one's stomach size, but the following brownie recipe avoids that by being a no-cholesterol version that is also adapted for the Passover / Pesach festival.

No-Cholesterol Passover Brownies Recipe

3/4 cup safflower oil
8 ounces (or 226.8 grams) egg substitute (equivalent to 4 eggs)
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Passover cocoa
1 cup cake meal
2 tablespoons potato starch
1/2 cup strong, cold coffee
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Instructions for the No-Cholesterol Passover Brownies recipe:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg substitute and oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa.
  3. Add these to the egg/oil mixture.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Combine the cake meal and potato starch.
  6. Add them alternately with the coffee, beating well after each addition.
  7. Finally, add the nuts.
  8. Spray a 9-by-13-inch (22.86-centimeter-by-33.02-centimeter) glass baking pan with nonstick coating.
  9. Pour in the batter.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius or Centigrade) for about 25 minutes.
  11. Bake less for fudgier brownies and longer for more cake-like brownies.

Makes 40 brownies.
