    A cue about page design...

For those who are following GenetiX from its inception, one thing is clear. The homepage keeps changing(!). Reading a few pieces about design elements and table layout helped us look through our faults and shortcomings and change for the better. Thanks to Webmonkey, c|net, Hotwired and Webreference for help.

I agree, content at GenetiX is slow in making the updates. The main reason for that is that we were searching for a stable interface and uniformity throught the site and adding content at the same time. We decided that we rather do the whole of the design and the layout work fully and then concentrate on the articles.

That approach has worked satisfactorily for us. Most of that work is complete and we have a set of templates ready for any material for updates at GenetiX.

And we are pleased to introduce to you, a new member to the GenetiX team, Chaitra.M. She will be working full time as our Editor and Design Consultant.
